Buttne: wie Ihr Unreinheiten am Po wirklich loswerdet

Buttne: how you really get rid of impurities on your buttocks

Booty and Acne = Buttne.

Pimples or other impurities on the bottom are not uncommon. On the contrary - almost everyone has had impure skin on their bottom at least once. For many of us it seems hopeless and the uninvited guests just don't want to leave us.

But: How can it be that one has so many impurities on this part of the body, although it is in principle the best protected from the outside world?

How blemishes form on the buttocks

Especially at this cold time of the year, our skin tends to be more blemished. The air is very dry due to the heating. We're all wrapped up in sweater after sweater. Hardly anyone dares to go outside without a scarf, hat and gloves.

Impurities on the buttocks often occur when the pores are clogged. This can be due, among other things, to increased sebum production and a keratinization disorder in the skin. Adding bacteria makes the problem worse. Wearing tight trousers in particular causes friction and, throughout the day, we start to sweat. (And to be completely honest: these skinny jeans and Co. are anything but breathable.) The friction causes bacteria to get into the skin, which is usually already irritated, and painful and inflamed pimples develop.

The decisive factor here is that not only the wrong cut can lead to pimples, but also the fabric. You should therefore avoid synthetic fabrics, because you sweat more in synthetic fabrics than in cotton fabrics.

Stress is also a common reason for skin blemishes. Stress increases the levels of inflammation in the body and makes the skin barrier more permeable. Sleep and rest is therefore not only important for our psyche, but also for our skin.

In addition, the wrong diet can also be the cause of buttne. If, for example, the intestinal flora is imbalanced, which can be caused by poor nutrition, this is also reflected externally: in impure skin. Milk and sugar in particular promote acne. This is why you should also avoid these foods if you have pimples on your buttocks.

In the long term, if you never want to see the pimples again, you should eat a healthy diet. In particular, you should drink a lot of water. It should be at least three liters for an average adult.
